McIntosh County Busted Mugshots is a private reference site, not a government office. It cannot confirm custody, release anyone, post bond, or retrieve official records. For a current-custody question, a booking record, a court filing, or a records request, contact the government custodian that holds that record directly.

Official Record Contacts

The McIntosh County Sheriff’s Office is the county route for jail-operation questions and for a booking record or booking-photo request. No sheriff-specific online booking form, records-unit email, fixed fee schedule, or guaranteed response time was located in the reviewed sources. Ask the main office for the current records custodian and its preferred submission method. Dispatch is the published after-hours route for time-sensitive custody or safety questions, not a records-production service.

For a written request, provide the person’s full name and the narrowest useful date range. Add the arresting agency, arrest date, booking number, or case number if known. A booking-register entry and a booking photograph should be requested as separate items. The custodian can explain applicable fees, redactions, and whether a record is releasable under Oklahoma’s Open Records Act. The sheriff’s official contact page is the starting point for its current routing instructions.

  • Recent county custody or a booking record: Contact the sheriff’s main office above. The reviewed official sources did not identify a current public McIntosh County roster or daily booking feed.
  • A police incident report: Contact the arresting city or law-enforcement agency. An incident report is not automatically held by the county jail.
  • A later case filing or disposition: Search OSCN or ODCR, then verify the result with the McIntosh County Court Clerk at 110 N. First Street, Eufaula, OK 74432, 918-689-2282. Court records answer a different question from a jail booking.
  • State-prison custody after sentencing: Use the official Oklahoma Department of Corrections Offender Lookup. A person may remain in county custody before transport, so a blank state result does not establish release or the absence of a county booking.
  • Federal custody: Use the Bureau of Prisons Inmate Locator for its covered federal-inmate population. A BOP result is not a McIntosh County booking record, and the locator is not a public booking-photo source.
  • Immigration detention: Use the official ICE Online Detainee Locator or its listed federal contact route. Its coverage and timing are separate from county-jail custody.
  • Custody-status alerts: Oklahoma VINE offers official statewide notification tools by phone, text, email, or app when a participating facility supplies updates. It does not confirm a court disposition or supply a booking photograph.

OSCN notes that displayed docket information is not the official court record, so the clerk is the local confirmation point. A person who is released is not necessarily cleared of a charge, and a person who appears in a later custody system may have moved from county custody rather than received a final case outcome. Government offices can explain their own records and procedures; legal questions should be directed to a qualified attorney or the appropriate court.
