A Private Records Guide

This website is an independent reference guide for finding official McIntosh County, Oklahoma records sources. It does not keep sheriff, jail, police, court, Oklahoma Department of Corrections, federal, or immigration records. It cannot confirm a person’s custody status, arrange a release, alter a record, or submit a request for a visitor.

Information here may point readers to public agencies and third-party research tools. The McIntosh County Sheriff’s Office, a city police department, a court clerk, or another actual custodian decides what record it holds and whether any part of it may be released. Oklahoma’s Open Records Act, including 51 O.S. §24A.8, applies to records maintained by public bodies, not to this private guide.

Severability
